Used Trek Mountain Bikes
Since 1975, Trek Bicycle Corporation has been in the cycling manufacturing business. It started with steel bicycle frames for touring made by hand, opened a retail distributing store, expanded the factory to manufacture complete road racing bikes and finally mountain bikes became part of the production too. A components department then started selling bike accessories. Today, the cycle manufacturing corporation has a worldwide network of dealers for its products. This spans the globe from Canada, the United States, Europe, Asia, and on to Oceania.

The Trek engineers, those people behind the new bikes you see around the world, are called the ACG or Advanced Concept Group. From the factory, to the bicycle track, to the wind tunnels of Trek come the OCLV, the Alpha Aluminum, and the Madone. OCLV is the nickname that the Trek Group gives its carbon frame construction. It is an acronym for Optimum Compaction, Low Void. It is an exclusively designed and patented process of creating the carbon that is used for bike frames. The Alpha Aluminum is a series of aluminum frame bicycles. These bikes use a specially designed high-performance aluminum alloy that only Trek engineers can do in their factories. The Madone is a series of road bikes using the aforementioned Trek technology.
The mountain bikes are available in Hardtail and Full-Suspension. Characteristics of Hardtails are its light weight, its agility, precise feel, and durable design. Trek’s Hardtails come in a series called the 69er, the 9 series, the 8 series, the 6 series, the 4 series, the 3 series, and the 820. Models within the series are then available. The Full Suspension bikes are installed with front and rear suspensions. Technologies for it are the ABP, the Full Floater, and the EVO Link.
